Finally had some days of work to get some actual use in with the new Nikon... all though this place has been shot to death, and I am usually one to stray away from compositions that are identical to others. However, I just had to pay my first visit here this weekend. I must say the Canadian Rockies truly are amazing and are vastly known for there amazing dramatic scenes. I set out in hopes to chase some epic light, instead upon reaching the Rockies, I was greeted with some pretty dramatic clouds and rain all weekend. Here is my first ever capture of the well known Moraine Lake. I will be returning here when the snow begins to fall! Technical Stuff.. Single exposure Minimal processing. This glacier fed lake is truly quite blue.
