The foundation is nonprofit Public established in 2004 by the fund of Incheon Metropolitan City in order to promote culture and arts in Incheon. It has encouraged citizens’ cultural enjoyment and their voluntary cultural activities and supported Incheon-based artists and communities’ creative works while it has carried forward various project for vitalizing local culture. Running Incheon Art Platform and Tribowl the multiplex cultural arts centers, the very first general literature museum the Museum of Modern Korean Literature, IFAC is truly a core organization of Incheon culture.
