It's the best part of an hour from the road to this view point and you never really know when you set out before first light how the day's going to turn out. When I was up there with a one to one client the light erupted for about 40 seconds. Long enough for us to make a couple of exposures and then the rain hammered it down! Serendipity and well worth our efforts. I write educational material for creative and expressive photographers.
