*Best Viewed on black* A self portrait taken on the vast Alvord Desert Playa. A big storm was clearing and we had our fingers crossed that the sky would clear out for some stargazing. Sure enough the clouds dissipated and presented one of the most vivid night skies I have ever seen. It was hard to get to sleep early in the morning with the excitement from shooting all night. :)
