Sunrise at Portland Head Light. (Have no idea why I am partial lately to vertical orientation shots as my wife keeps reminding me to shoot horizontals more!) Photography to me is not always about the chase of the most dramatic light or unique angle/location, although it is so much fun - its about the moment: how it makes you feel, how it makes you think. Some days its just like in the photo here - no noise, no one around and only ocean whispers to the rising sun. I forget my troubles and gaze into the horizon. I'm content and everything in it's place.
