Crater Glow : Crater Lake Was lucky enough to have 2 clear mornings up here. Will definitely return. Don't have a story to tell other than I was lazy awakening in the car on both mornings & ended up arriving late, hence was not able to hike into where I really wanted to be. You can only camp up here in selected areas & you have to be camped at least a mile away from the road, so I chose to sleep in the car back down from Crater Lake in Snow Park parking lot. Think it was about 12miles away?
