Here you can see the abandoned fishing village of Utvær, the most western settlement in all of Norway. Once a buzzling community of 250 people, this remote fishing village now lays deserted on an island out in the Atlantic ocean, far from the Norwegian mainland. I went out by boat and spent a day just walking around and didn't see another soul. You do need a sturdy boat to get you across open ocean and all the way out there.
