I have been experimenting a great deal with processing techniques for a couple of months now, just trying to find my rhythm as far as post processing goes and refining things over the course of my learning.
I took this photo while on my travels through the Canadian Rockies. I was lucky enough to shoot a few of these locations while there was still quite a bit of snow and ice around. This is one of those places where the weather constantly changes very quickly. I managed to capture some decent light all though it seemed pretty grey and overcast when I first arrived. One day my dreams are to travel, explore and learn this light further. Work has been pretty busy so shooting time is at a minimal currently. I hope to one day be able to go on photo adventures where I can camp out and wait for the perfect light in a scene.
Some of the technical stuff. Well this scene was composed of multiple exposures for focus blending and a few more exposures for the sky. All manually blended in PS. I have been using a new calibrator lately and have been working a lot on color.
