SUBLIME LIGHT | Bow Lake, Alberta | May 2015 I have been to the rockies for several times and one of the places I love going back to is Bow lake. It is a dream to shoot this lake with ice thawing and the mountain ranges bathed in light. It took six visit to finally get the right moment and elements together. It was a gamble actually as moody clouds hovered Banff, our team decided to proceed to Bow lake one more time and as we got to the location, everything from the ice being near the shore to the moody clouds being lighted by the sun setting were all working together to create this sublime piece.
