It's a stormy day here in the Pacific Northwest, complete with rain, thunder, lightning, the works. So I figured I'd toss this one up to keep in theme. Shooting this was pretty fun, and one of the few times I've literally been blown on my ass by the wind. Processing was pretty straight forward here and consisted of two exposures blended for dynamic range, a LOT of cloning out rain drops on the lens, some texture adjustments here and there, and the standard fare of dodging and burning. Anyways, I recently released a new post-processing instructional video. It's packed with some unique techniques and theories about processing you may not find anywhere else. People seem to really be enjoying the videos and have had nothing but great things to say, so I *think* they are helping people... it's been awesome to see the many before/after shots people have been emailing me.
