The best lake in the Dolomites and the most unique lake I have ever seen. The turquoise color of the water made it special. I was extremely lucky with the weather that day. But can you imagine the selfie craze has reached even this place :O :O When I arrived, at least 10 people were busy taking selfies and pushing their dogs inside the cold water even if the poor animals didn't want to. I was really hoping for a rain and guess what!! It started to rain just half an hour before the sunset and the place became empty and quiet. This dramatic light was there only for 5-10 minutes. So I had to go for a handheld panorama. 8 images(taken in portrait mode) panorama stitched in camera raw. Can't wait to hike to this place in Autumn(maybe!!).
