Oppgangssaga

Hønefoss, Norway. The waterfall runs through our small town and splits it in two. Since the waterfall is regulated by the local power company it usually only carries water during flood seasons. "Oppgangssaga", the sculpture, was donated to the town by a local bank in 1976, and is made by the artist Knut Steen.
