Rotten shark meat is the delicacy of a country where fiery outbursts from the centre of the Earth are part of daily life. For this reason, Iceland is one of the most beautiful places in the world; A land of myths, geysers, volcanoes and friendly people. Driving along Route 1, the "Ring Road" that encircles the island country of Iceland, it's easy to feel as though you've traveled back in time and are witnessing the Earth as it was when it was just getting started. I'm fortunate enough to get another adventure in Iceland later this year and can't wait to see it all again.
