Yachen Gar Monastery in Baiyu County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. Yachen Gar Monastery located at an altitude of over 4000 meters in eastern Tibet was first built in 1985. It now is home to over 10,000 monks and nuns, believed to be the largest concentration in the world.
