Reminiscing the days when the hike towards hooker lake was a bit tricky compared today. Rocky and uneven trail, two very very narrow hanging bridges, and one must brave the steep edges of the mountain just to get there. Can hardly see any hikers around, It’s like entering a completely untouched paradise.
The hooker valley track is different now. It’s like a walk in the park. An almost paved trail and it won’t be long, the trail will be filled with wooden planks. Yeah, looks like they are making the trail more tourist friendly. I really hope that people who visits this here in the future would leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but pictures.
Reprocessed image. This was taken springtime of 2012. The glowing Mt. Sefton, halfway towards hooker lake. I’m trying to differentiate my processing before compared to the new in depth techniques that I learned recently. Enjoy and feel free to share!
