Forth Rail Bridge
Ann - Uk

The Forth Bridge is a cantilever railway bridge over the Firth of Forth in the east of Scotland, 9 miles west of Edinburgh City Centre. It was opened on 4 March 1890 and spans a total length of 8,296 feet. It is sometimes referred to as the Forth Rail Bridge to distinguish it from the Forth Road Bridge although this has never been its official name. Many thanks for the Christmas and New Year’s greetings and sorry I never replied back. Hubby and I were both poorly over Christmas and only really getting back on our feet now. Consequently not been out with the cameras so nothing new to show you. This is one from last September on our marvelous trip to Scotland.
